When you are feeling overwhelmed by discordant or negative energies the thymus tap helps to calm you. It is also useful when your immune system is being challenged.
Procedure: Locate your thymus gland in the center of your chest, approximately 3 inches below the top of your sternum. Tap firmly with the tips of your fingers and thumb as you take 3 slow breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. The tapping activates your heart chakra and creates a radiant force field around your body. This practice also gives your immune system a tremendous boost.
